The hotel's location was perfect, next to near numerous restaurants and the mall and tons of restaurants and the business office. Furthermore, to the various activities we had planned in the surrounding areas including visits to Union College as well as RPI.

Great spot to explore around. Everything was nice and clean, rooms were a good size and had everything you needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were cozy with lovely bedding, and there was even a handy fridge to keep your drinks cool. 😊

I stayed in the room that was always kept immaculately clean and available with nice bedding, the refrigerator plus a comfortable bed. Its staff were very amiable and well-trained. The hotel's location was comfy, not far from the Marriott.

Getting a little beat up. Our first room had no heat. once we moved the room was much better. Not your typical Marriott.
Staff was very helpful all around. And the resturant staff was very good.

The location of the Marriott was perfect for my weekend stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and spacious room. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The pool and gym facilities were great for relaxing and staying active. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short-term stay.

The staff were very nice
the pillows in the bed were stained. the tv didn't work. the railings on the pool and spa were dangerously loose, actually coming out of the floor. There was debris of some kind in the bed. The place was disgusting, especially for the inflated price(199 per night). I have stayed here in the past and it was great. But it has degenerated to something not tbe considered.
